I can't really think of anything.
If I have to say something then 'Believe it' or ' I am going to be ____' will be such phrases to me
What about you guys?
 
The power of friendship speeches get pretty cringey. Also any series that’s based off of a toy or card game that takes itself waaaay too seriously. Like the infamous line in some Beyblade show where Moses parted the Red Sea with a Beyblade.

i think it's called let it rip . i used to love that one but now i am too old for it. lol

I’m not talking about let it rip, I’m talking about the line where they showed Moses literally parting the Red Sea with a Beyblade.

A trope seen not just in anime but in other medium, is when outside parties motivate someone who's fallen in a duel and it's just so awkward. The God of High School, a currently airing anime featured this. Like focus on the duel, don't give cringe-worthy speeches.

that sounds cool
and less embarrassing things can be cringe worthy if they are used a lot
 
With that I agree as well, Angel.
People shouldn't think more about those phrases but overuse can make a lot of difference.
