Stuttering characters in anime

i get very annoyed by them and they don't even have a natural stutter. they just don't have a backbone to even talk to others. there are many characters like that and i don't like watching or reading about them. do you feel it too?

There aren't characters in anime with stutter. Characters stutter when they are shy or afraid to make a statement and why should that annoy you? Those voice actors work a lot to get it to perfection.

Can't say I've seen a series that uses someone who does it naturally. Most do it under extreme fear.
