Oh, you might be right too. But I think somewhere I read that geopolitically it comes under Caribbean.
 
Lol, at the moment their is no anime on my mind which starts with the numbers you requested. You can try kochikaeme, last game, nichijou etc, if you haven't watched them.
 
If you continue that way picking animes according alphabets and numbers (op) you'll spend much time poking fun around yourself.
