If I were to get a spin off for any character, I would probably want a spin off for Itachi, rukia, and others as well.

Adult Sasuke(or any interesting adult version of the characters from Naruto), spin off based on a good character from FMAB(Mustang), Hunter x Hunter(like Kurapika), Mumen Rider from Durarara, Gintama prequel, Kogami from Psycho-Pass.
