Strawhats need to worry about Kaido first.
If they can contain him, I am sure everything will work out but Kaido is too powerful

Anyway, I do think they need to make some wort of understanding and I don't think she is entirely evil.
 
Probably yes and that's his goal.
He might not injure Shanks too much or kill him, but he will try to beat him, at some point.
