Smart mc or Idiot Mc?

What would you like to see in an anime?
I would go for smart MC. Almost all the popular anime got idiotic MCs and I would like to see something new

i would say smart protagonist
there are too many idiot protagonists out there and we need someone new for a change and everyone feels the same.

lol that pretty much sums it up except for ichigo in bleach.
he is the only odd one out if you ask me in mainstream

I like one that is rather smart but can be dumb at times.

Smart protagonist can be good right about now.
