I usually don't like slow paced anime
But with great story, I am not sure how to drop that anime. I have observed this in Hitman reborn and Sangatsu no lion.
What about you guys?

I am fine with slow paced anime, as long as they are not sad.
I don't like to feel depressed after watching an anime

It's alright i guess.. just the story alone is enough to absorb me on the series

If it's too slow paced, it would be difficult to get into the story
I have been thinking of dropping Sangatsu no lion for the same reason

I see
But I don't want to miss out on story, so I don't usually skip any episode in general

Story alone isn't enough ><
Character development and art should be good as well. Have you watched Devilman crybaby or Ping pong the animation?

Character develop as the story progress, story and character is unseparable side on coin, think story as a stage and character as the actor
Nope i haven't watched both, only the regular Devilman

Not always kiddo
You don't see much character development in slice of life anime. Have you seen Twelve kingdoms anime?

Usually.. timeline in slice of life is too short and focus in one scene in life, not much room for development i guess, but in a quality slice of life you'll see good character development too, example is Oyasumi Punpun
Nope i haven't watch Twelve Kingdom, is it good?

Yeah I agree with that
But when compared to other genres, it's not noticeable enough. Yes, Twelve kingdoms anime is very good
