I could be wrong about this, but anyway i'll still write it haha.. It used to be just male or just female as main protagonist in a series, but now male and female main protagonist in a series looks common.
As i remember this concept used to be use in classic romance genre like Ranma or something with thick romance on it like Macross SDF.. in classic action genre like Hokuto no Ken, City Hunter, Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya, Yu Yu Hakusho.. there is no place for things like female main protagonist
Do you have any idea?
