Sick again

I really don't get how I got sick this time.
And I couldn't even imagine myself taking food, in fear of throwing up.
Shucks! I even had dreams about it.

Must be change in weather. I am suffering from soar throat and fever for last 3 days and even working in that condition. Soar throat is kind of painful too.
