Should series like Higurashi, High Score Girl and Erased have the historical tag?

I haven't watched them so I am not sure.
I did watch Higarushi but I don't get how it needs a historical tag at this point.
 
I've only seen Higurashi from this list also, and I can't really understand what you mean. Do you think it should have such a tag because it's story takes place in the 80s?
