Shigofumi anime discussion

This anime is about people who died and wanted to give their last messages to living people.
Some others deliver them to those living people. These letters contain many things like regret, threats, mocking words and such. There is one person who delivers shigofumi while being alive. She isn't exactly a person rather she is a personality of a person.

It is a boring anime human.
It is slow-paced with a plot twist. I dislike that anime as it doesn't have enough blood.
