Serial killer in anime

is there an anime like that with a serial killer?
i am sure most of the anime are all about fiction and such lol. but just thinking if there are any anime like that.

Serial killer as main theme or serial killer character?
There is some serial killers in Monster and Detective Conan, and there is that serial killer guy in Mirai Nikki

and i am sure those serial killer characters are very common lol. we need main theme for that in anime

Soul Eater, Paranoia Agent and FMA come to mind, I know there are more that include the storylines.
