Seppuku in anime

i saw a gintama meme today and it was talking about seppuku. is there any anime where seppuku is seriously done?
not the threats but in actual plot
 
I've seen a few small animes be powered by some official or parental person committing it. But nothing that would center around the practice.
 
I don't know any anime that focused on it. It's not a practice everyone likes man.
Why would you want to know about it?

It's not seppuku kiddo. It's just a a survival anime. Even lelouch don't commit seppuku kiddo
 

Hmm..... They have made some moves knowing that they would get killed but they didn't commit seppuku in that old seppuku way.
