Scariest/creepiest scenes in non-horror anime?

Even I am not sure how to answer this one here.
I don't think I have seen many horror anime but Claymore scenes been be pretty creepy.
What do you guys think?

Hmmm... does Madoka count as horror? It was definitely creepy. Or Yuki Yuna Is a Hero? Those are the first two to come to mind for me.
