I don't know why the protagonists can be so dumb. How can he just sit like that when his sister is cuffing him? Do you think that's just too weird? So, luffy should save him now? God! Sometimes I hate the plot.

he values his hands a lot been a cook and he doesn't fight with his hands to protect them. but his sister wasn't bad enough to make him handcuffed to actual bombs
