Saddest moments in anime

what are some of the saddest moments in anime for you?
i get sad whenever i remember how ushio dies in clannad after story.

i remember that too and it's sad.
i have watched only 6 episodes and violet didn't know about major's death yet
 
a well done character death, seeing something you cherish destroyed or just having your very soul messed with. Lots of good ways to do it and I've seen a lot of good ones in anime.

you haven't spoiled anything for me blackrose and i am still hoping that he survived somehow.
they deserve each other but major is too old for violet

Glad to hear that hun. I know that they are years apart but I'm thinking that the love between lovers is not the only type that there is. I wonder if maybe the love that he expressed was that of a parent more than that of a lover

major's love is a romantic love and if they are happy, i don't mind the age but they are not entirely happy.
if violet loved him when he confessed to her but didn't know that, it's too painful

Hmmm I'm not much for the major age gaps though and also the major was married I think. Wasn't he?
She writes really lovely letters don't you think? I have also always expressed my feelings through writting for the most part

her letters are good but at first, they were really bad.
did you notice that? she didn't even understand what the client is saying. and i am not good with writing.

Yes I did and then when she applied herself she became the best, Kinda typical if you ask me. In most movies and stuff the lead is normally not good at something and then aces it but this was still nice.
You know what I think, it's just a matter of writing down exactly what you want to say. Not so much as overthinking how to say it but just putting exactly what you are thinking on the paper. I'm not that good either but I try

i agree with that but she aced those letter writings.
have you seen the princess letters that she wrote? they are very good.

Yes I did and they were
I liked the way she eventually got them involved personally and all of the things that the guy said to the princess
 
There are many moments that made me sad and I don't like to recall these moments. I never liked Ace dying in one piece. Everyone died for nothing in that arc and I expected more from Oda.

i watched 9 episodes and i am taking a small break. i will complete the remaining episodes very soon.

Hmmm harry potter..I have all the five books. The fifth book is freaking huge lol
