It's not a very big celebration.
It's just an occasion to strengthen the sibling bonds and nothing more

I suppose any thread will do if you can't buy or make a beautiful one. Most important thing is that the girl ties it to the brother on the day. Tying it signifies brotherly and sisterly love and bond.

Yup there are many things all around the world which we would not know about. I'm currently researching a pagan wedding to feature on my blog. My friend was talking about it and I found it cool an different so I took interest in it
