Now i think about it.. Urameshi Yusuke parent is also alive, Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) too, Yoshimori (Kekkaishi) too, Tsubasa (Captain Tsubasa) too. I can remember more later..

Sometimes when you stick to a specific company that specializes in a specific genre, you start running into recycled templates. It does get pretty sad with the less than stellar shows that are too formulaic, where you can sniff out who they're from. I watched quite a few Dengeki Bunko series, and some of their second or third tier quality shows all start blending together.
