It's a good series with detailed trick. But isn't that kinda too detailed? It can inspire people to do crime with the trick they learn from the series
 
That goes for any crime focused show where they come up with complex stuff. Though they are usually pretty wild and a bit hard to actually pull off.

But at least they provide the basic principle
 
there are many people who can do crimes without that knowledge.
they can get that from books or him google or from some other way.
no one can stop them

True, but the show give new platform to spread the knowledge
 
Well, may be.
But these days anyone can get any information from the internet. Just anime wouldn't promote crime.

People who wanted to do evil things, will always find a way.
Japanese anime is popular regarding how they don't use kid gloves when targeting people
