Sometimes power up in anime/manga is kinda lame. I mean.. when the main protagonist reach a new power up then after that bunch of other characters will catch up as well and i think it's making the power up not special anymore.
Most obvious example is of course Dragon Ball, after Goku transform into SS then it seems like every Saiyan can transform into SS as well, even kids like Goten and Trunks can transform without difficulty *sigh* what happened to the legend that said that SS can only be achieved by special warrior every hundred of year?
Then we have D Grayman, after Allen's innocent evolved into Crown Clown then Lenalee's innocent also evolved, the last innocent to evolved is Kanda, looks like nothing can stop this evolving trend.
In my opinion this is kinda lame, the author should prepare some other way to power up than following same pattern as main protagonist so it will not devalue a power up that supposed to be special or legendary. Of course it's easier to talk than done, but hey.. it's their job to write the better story
