Well, I am quite lazy, so mostly, their criticisms will fall on deaf ears...........And, by criticism, I am talking about lame criticism...........
 
Personality can't be changed in a day or two. So, we need to select people with the right mindset. By doing so, we can create a flexible team. We also should check for personality traits as well as the adaptability of the applicants,

I am doing my Under Graduation in my University, and I don't have a subject called 'Economics' or anything even remotely related to it.....I am studying it because I am interested in learning such things......
