i know only a few and they are all shonen ai or yaoi anime characters. i wouldn't list them here. do you know any characters like these fukers?
 
Skip beat has a character like that. I don't remember the name clearly but that shoutaro is a person who flirts with anyone. He broke kyoko's poor heart.
 
i will watch them but i was expecting many recommendations for this. didn't expect only few suggestions. i am not looking for characters like sanji, franky
 
I don't like characters who play around for fun. I forgot the name but there is a detective anime where the MC is a flirt. It's an old anime
