Pity for evil characters

Right now,I feel pity for bege from one piece. He is going through a lot. Damn it. I never knew that he cared about his subordinates. Well, right now, I do feel sorry for germa66 just a bit. Well for reiju anyway and she is not entirely evil. 
Then there is that ceasar. He is doing so much and yet he is treated as trash.

I don't exactly know what is going on in the anime, but there aren't not really many characters in One Piece who are truly detestable unless it's someone spoiled like Spandan...

i never had any pity for crazy fucks who are not good. even that beze too but when i saw nami stopping Luffy, i wanted to guage her eyes out

Hmm...I don't totally get your post but if Luffy and sanji stayed while watching reiju getting hurt, I would have hated them for sure.
She isn't exactly bad and I even feel sorry for beze a bit
