Totodile is a water pokemon, so going by type, Pikachu wins this battle because water is weak against electricity.

i think pikachu is always overrated in pokemon. i know that it's an electric type but it didn't evolve. so i want totodile to win this
 
Depends on it skills and how it goes about battling, but Pikachu has a very high chance of always winning over Totodile.

that's true
electric pokemon are at an advantage and water pokemon don't have that

Yeah, the franchise has been going steadily downhill, but Showdown is still fun. I like the strategy behind it. =) I mostly play strategy and puzzle games anyway.

I don't play a lot of games atm. In the past I used to play mostly JRPGs (think stuff like Final Fantasy), but these days I mostly like games that I can pick up and leave quickly. Don't think I've ever played an anime game, tbh.
