Persona 5 VS Final Fantasy XV!

I don't play much games but even i have heard of final fantasy. i wwould love to play that first

I've played both games (previous versions). However, FF kinda disappoint me since it seems that the developers try to please the Western gamers, that's why they apply the Western RPG elements so hard in later games (after FF VII). They are not bad games, but I dun have the feeling of FF gameplay anymore.
Persona so far is still excellent, it does not mean it is far better than FF, but I have more hope on Persona 5.

Yes many people said FF is good but if you ask them specifically, most people will reply that FFVII is the best, and after that the franchise feels kinda dissapointing from time to time (after X). Of course the opinions depend on different people but to me, I feel the same way.Nel said:

Well no prob. I have to say the alpha gameplay and the trailer of FFXV actually looks promising, but I will wait until its reviews and I will decide whether I should get it. Some say I can just simply get both FFXV and Persona and this "topic" solved but I myself dun have enough cash to just simply get both .
Kinda surprise to hear that so I bet I'm the first one to appear in the forum also. Life in Vietnam to me is kinda normal, it's peaceful. We also have a pretty big Anime-Manga community but I guess not many people wander around international forum or some sort.

Hard to say since both games haven't come out yet. Personally, I'm more excited for Persona 5 because the Persona series has been FAR MORE consistent than final fantasy. Final fantasy hasn't been good since 12 as far as the main series goes, with 13. I believe 15 will be definitely better than 13 and it seems like it will have a decent story. But I feel Persona 5 will come on top.

Agree on this, I've played FFVII (which is excellent no doubt), FFX (also excellent), FFXII (is good), but from FFXIII I feel kinda dissapoint, I dun say they are bad games (in term of standalone), it just I cannot play all the way through. Especially the Lightning Return, can only played for about 1 hour (tried so hard to see if there is anything that can pull me in) and then have to give up.Kamikaze said:
