I am, still extremely annoyed and flustered that the recent movie not only didn't come to my local theater, but still hasn't aired on a streaming service.

Yep, and I would say it is popular since it did get a pretty big anime movie as well, that still isn't being streamed -_-

that's so weird lol
if it's popular, it should have been streamed and got too much hype. everyone i know is taking about the protagonist and how powerful he is

as long as it has exposure and made money, anime would be able to gain more seasons and movies
