Orochimaru vs Kabuto

I will go with kabuto but he acquired his powers from Orochimaru himself by devouring some of the body.
Now, I am not entirely sure whether kabuto is superior to orochimaru or not.
Who would win this battle?
 
orichimaru can't die and kabuto doesn't have totsuka to seal him. this is undoubtedly orichimaru's win. kabuto is not rotten like orichimaru
 
Can Kabuto really be like Orochimaru ever? He is not bad enough and he is a kid who was starved for affection and he just wanted an approval from somebody.
 
Kabuto only got as strong as he did thanks to Orochimaru and I think it goes without saying that Oro hasn't began to show everything he is capable of. He would put up a good fight, but I think oro would win in the end.
