This is obvious man.
Manga is so good and anime is so boring. I should probably switch to manga.
 
The anime is boring because they started making it too soon and for whatever reason Japan animes aren't setup to take season breaks.

they should have introduced that instead of making a slow paced boring anime

Actually that's a remnant of the last decade and since like 2010 most shounen anime have been seasonal. Be it Haikyuu, My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, Food Wars, etc. The only exception is Black Clover and what do you know it sucks.
 
Well, sometimes you just watch stuff for nostalgia. 
I don't think it's easy for people to just accept that some anime ran it's course
