I loved the Wano episodes so far. I noticed the improved animation first episode. It could be that they are in a new arc (Wano), hopefully it stays that way. Just excited to see some of the characters again! Also, pacing of the episodes are very good so far. And yea the intro is kind of spoiling for people who don't read the manga lol.

Yeah they made staff changes, brought in experienced animators and directors for the arc. Hopefully it somewhat maintains the quality throughout.

this must be a mistake how did he get so many scars? even luffy didn't have many scars and i didn't like him losing his eye

No he's always had that at least after the time-skip.

Depends on the schedule I guess. If they started working on this months before then at least during important fights they can raise the bar.

i hated to see him lose his eye.
he shouldn't have done that and oda shouldn't have made him a cripple like that. he is a very good swordsman

He's not a cripple I mean he's only lost an eye that's not exactly the biggest handicap for someone like him, it's not equivalent to actually losing an arm or a leg.

I'm saying it's basically to make him look cool I'm pretty sure Oda doesn't want to nerf him. It's not like One Piece is the most logical series.

and you might be right but that one fell flat and i don't think he looks cool with a scar
