Finished this anime tonight, overall it was pretty good. Each episode is kind of based on a light hearted fairy tail, even though the main plot point seems a bit dark. It has a good cast of characters, I enjoyed the style of their designs and most episodes were pretty funny or good in action. Though somehow this didn't do well in Japan so it doesn't have a second season for some reason. Though maybe it was the constant narrator voice that killed it? Sometimes characters are taking and the narrator would talk over them.

But I do recommend this to anyone.
 
I still find it hard to believe it didn't do well in Japan, but alas the true treasure animes seem to not fair well.

i agree
and that's the reason why i mentioned my friends rather than other anime fans
