Night journey or day journey

I prefer night journey so that I wouldn't waste the daylight.
Well, right now I need to travel 12-14 hours sometimes. So for various reasons, I offered night journey.
What about you guys?
Do you prefer night journey like me?

I like traveling at night unless I'm driving I'd rather do it in the day time but not too late when the sun is right on the horizon and hurts your eyes the whole way.

I rather drive during the day, the sun sucks at times but all the lights at night kind of blind me.

I see. Well I am taking about very long drives.
I would feel bored if I were to travel during day time.

Well its not exactly ideal to travel at night where I live. We have big open long roads that go on for ever which commonly have wild life randomly crossing the roads and stuff which can be hard to see or stop in time at night.

I see.
That does sound rather dangerous.
Well there are some incidents over here as well but it's not that bad.
