Who do you think will win?
After watching Nami's rain clouds and their effect on big mom, we all know who would win this battle.
 
She took that Zeus's help to achieve that. I highly doubt she could have done that on her own. So I am not so sure who would this and this battle might be a draw as they are equally powerful

Her powers aren't limited to just thunder. There are many eggs with her. She could probably do many things with that little shaft. Usopp must be an intelligent to create it.
