Negative emotions from anime even disturb you?

for me, they do sometimes
and not all the time now. but i get shaken whenever someone gets heartbroken in anime.

They don't usually disturb me all that much
Sometimes they make me feel those emotions for a shortwhile but I wouldn't keep on clinging to an anime.

but sometimes i can't help it. and i have this habit of watching such moments in anime and reading those parts in manga, again and again
