most of the characters in mainstream anime and in battle shonen anime for me.
they are all very good
 
All the male Naruto characters for now.
I do think male One piece characters are very well written too.

yes and the other mainstream too.
even bleach got very well written characters and i know people dislike orihime but they are fine with rukia lol
