Most realistic swordsplay

So.. talk about samurai and their fighting style, i found out that Kogan ryuu style from Shigurui is the most realistic swordsplay. It's nothing fancy like Kenshin's Hiten Mitsurugi but it is something that even i can do 

Even the ultimate strike Nagare Boshi is easy, basicly i just have to grip the edge of the sword with my index and middle finger, hold the blade with my left hand and realase to strike! I actually did it with broom stick Haha..
 
that's cool
and i am not a very big fan of swords play at all and it is very dangerous if you know what i mean

if you're good enough and there isn't a huge distance, a sword can be very deadly. Most military people carry some kind of blade on themselves.

that's for close combat
it's different when it comes to long and safe distance attacks
