What's the most popular anime genre among your friends man? Is it action?
In my circle it's fantasy genre.
 
It's pretty much magical girl type animes or mech. Though they mostly revolve around dumb things that are great to watch.

Dumb things that are great to watch, I don't think I have ever heard someone describing it that way.
