Most annoying rumor that never came true

Bleach rumors were bad. For all these years people made rumors that it's fooling hack but until today it never came back but I am glad that finally next year it's gonna come back for real.
What are the annoying rumors according to you?
 
Bleach for me as well, mostly centering around that the anime would never come back ect ect. I do believe it will return one day...
 
It's a pretty recent one, actually. The rumour was that Shokugeki no Souma Season 3 is gonna have only 12 episodes. It also didn't help that the channel broadcasting it didn't have any information on episodes after the 12th one. Fortunately, it was confirmed that it will return for the Spring season, during April.
 
The rumor that vampire Knight would come back. I thought I could see anime as I hate reading manga but it never came true
 
never knew much and i never thought rumors are annoying. people talk about their anime wishes and those turn to rumors.

You can't blame them for living in a fantasy. To everyone dream to see their favorite manga gets adapted for anime
 
Mine was also the bleach rumors. I only started watching right towards the end, so it was quite a let down to hear all of it. But I am on the bandwagon of people that think it is going to come back.

You don't feel that much restlessness as time passes and the interest dwindles. I used to wait for bleach but not anymore
 
huner x hunter coming back. i have heard of it in yo and made a thread about it here as well. but there is no news and it's been months. so it never came true which made me look like a liar.
