Most annoying male characters and female characters in anime?

do you know the most annoying male character and female character in anime?
for me that would be orihime from bleach and male character would be probably naruto

For me male character would be Naruto and female anime character would be Sasuke.
I don't like them for various reasons.

and why would you consider him for a female annoying character? is it some insult to sasuke?
