If you don't waste (invest) your money on something then you will not care about that thing 

That's actually true. Let's take simple example, you like a shirt, you buy it, then you'll take good care of it, then there is your brother, he wasn't waste single cent on your shirt, he will not be on the same level of affection as you

More complicated example is like a company, a director who also invest money on building a company will have different attitude with director who not invest single cent on the company, they are not care, nothing to lose and totally okay if the company is bankrupt, different with investing director.. they want the company keep operating and developing. Okay.. maybe the motive is for return of investment but they certainly want fight for their company and have different kind of affection to the company

Somehow this kind of irresponsibility people is pissed me off, they usually act big and cool but actually they don't even care, or are they even feel have responsibility? Well.. they are not and will not understand because they are not spending any money

I try my best to save and build up my money. sometimes I tend to spend it but every once and a while is a good thing.

That's cool, it's hard for me to save money, i have tendency to spend them for entertainment

Only a few are exceptions
I don't usually care much either, if I am not financially involved. Sorry.

It's okay, i just pissed off with those who are supposedly care but they are not because they are not financially involved, like.. those higher up in a company or organization. Being ignorance as grass root is totally fine with me, i too not care so much if my capacity is a grass root
