From Macross SDF and Full Metal Panic

Actually this is not too fair because i already forget Tessa's capability, meanwhile i just finished rewatch Macross SDF

But anyway.. between those two i'll choose Misa as better military officer. She command entire squadrons of Valkyrie and observe the battlefield, give analytical situation and provide the best course of action, on other words : military strategi-strategi. She also invented the famous and legendary SDF-1 Macross's Daedalus attack. In the end Captain Global acknowledge her skills and appoint her as Captain of SDF-2 Megaroad

Meanwhile.. Tessa portrayed as extraordinary officer and Captain of Thuata de Danaan but i don't remember her military skills, as i remember Kalinin is more capable commander. But i could be wrong since i only remember a little about FMP

And last.. Misa looks more attractive to me hehe..
 
I don't know much about the two characters.
From what I can found in google, may be Tessa is stronger than Misa

Talk about pure talent, Tessa clearly above Misa, but if we talk about achievement then i must watch whole Full Metal Panic again..

Even I plan to watch Full metal panic sometime. It's very popular and got decent reputation.

and i don't see you posting about other anime except for one piece as far as i can see.
