This guy is badass. He have his own rough method on doing his job like killing or kidnapping, his motivation to catch Kira is also not for the old ideology of justice, this is why this character is looks realistic and live to me, his envious toward near also give extra seasoning to give more taste in Mello.

And there, hanging out with criminals while eating chocolate bar? Really..? This is a level A badass to me. He is the most sociable and most 'normal' among the gifted childs

Too bad the author didn't do justice to him, he makes him die and let Near take all the glory. What a shame
 
That's a real shame man.
I never liked his death but you will have to understand that he liked L and wanted revenge for L's death.

Yes i understand his admiration toward L but he also have different motive, to win himself against Near

I get that man.
He knows his limits and he can never beat near and he also knows that he needs near's help to take down Kira. After knowing all that he never backed down man and that's really cool.

Yea, actually it's easier if they cooperate from the start but that won't do it, it won't be interesting

Even near didn't do anything to make Mello to join him. He just expected Kira to fail
 
he was too young to die.
haven't you ever thought of how things would have been different, if l bright bear and melo with him. three is them might have taken down kira easily

yes and l wouldn't have died like that.
two of them were able to take down kira and three of them would have taken him down easily

kira might be cooperating with yohan.
but it's going to be a very rough ride and if they won't end up killing each other, they will kill the world

i don't know who is the lesser of two evils. i would probably choose kira.

Yohan. Kira need shinigami eyes to actually kill Yohan, and that jeans kira lost half of his life span. To me it's still a lose of he must lost half of his life

but what if he didn't know anything about yohan. yohan have a way to take to people into doing things his way
