Meaningless deaths in anime

What are the deaths you consider meaningless in anime?
I have a few manga references but not anime references for this.

I am not talking about just supporting characters here.
Main protagonists not being able to have a glorified death.

Is the death meaningless like I spoke of before?
Something he tries so hard can be obtained easily at the end.

Not really.. the main protagonist is kinda villainous, so it's good when he died lol

I never thought of that.
If that's the case, then it's all good.
 
anything that doesn't serve purpose
and i even feel ace's death is like that as well no matter what anyone say.
