Manipulative character in anime

who is the most manipulative character in anime? i know a few characters but they are all from yaoi manga and anime. if yaoi is not allowed then yohan from monster and oricihimatu from naruto are the most manipulative characters.

Well there are many characters like that. Aizen, and many more. I don't remember the names at the moment but you will find at least one character like that in every anime.
