i think that are fascinating but of course there are people who think they are disgusting and unnatural

If the manga whips up a story I can buy then I am fine with it. I find it a good excuse to cast light in our perceptions of gender roles and how silly some of them add.

This is not yaoi but I remember some years ago, a guy was trying to make a Ranma 1/2 animation where Ranma got pregnant. Ranma is a cursed dude that with cold water his body turns into a girl and with warm he returns to normal so although the pregnancy would be carried out by his girl appearance it still would be a man mind dealing with it. Considering Ranma's personapersonality I was quite interested in seeing what would happen. I think the project has been in limbo so I doubt we will ever get that fan what-if story.
 

i have never heard of ranma 1/2. i didn't think it's yaoi or shonen ai like i wanted. but if you like it, i would give it a try. have you heard of omegaverse? in there males get pregnant. try love is a illusion webtoon. if you like it, i got even more.

you should try out some to see the actual idea behind it. there really exists some even in this reality. but that's because of gender change
