This Shishio guy is pretty interesting. He strongly believed that the strong will live and the weak will die, if you can't compete you die, of course his ideology explained why he become so strong, more than just mere 'he is a genius' or something 'cheap' like that.

Sounds evil? Yes it may sounds evil and perfectly fit for someone like him, but sadly that's how the world actually work. So i think this Shisio guy is pretty realistic although he show it with bitter way. This is also why his Juppongatana is the best squad in the series (in my opinion) because it's impossible for him to use the weak on his team.

Overall i rate Shisio as the best villain in the series, strong ideology and strong character
 
I think I know him but I don't remember the series man. Is he from psycho pass?
Or Yu Yu hakysho? I heard of his name before

but that is how it works too. even in real life we can't do much if we are very weak without someone supporting us

i wouldn't want that.
i want to be a good character always. bad characters always meet their end horribly
