He uses his physical prowess and Ninjitsu to accelerate and get behind him. And he makes the guy pass out using the gun which sort of distorts his waves. Like every person has a natural resonant frequency in which their psions/waves oscillate, and Tatsuya fires several waves in succession to match that and hence sort of hallucinates the Vice President and passes out. Or something to that effect from what I can remember.

i think i understand this a like better.
thank you and i never expected him to be so powerful and intelligent. he is still hiding something else

He's hiding a lot and also you need to pay attention because it's a lot of Sci-Fi mumbo jumbo and half the time I didn't know what the hell was going on either.

i try a lot but sometimes i don't get it.
i watch many times to understand and if i still don't get it, then i usually ask others and then drop it
