Magic Vs Alchemy in anime

What do you think is the best between these two?
Would you choose Magic? I would like to go with Alchemy as it's more of a realistic dream of mine

Well it sounds fun and have more depth but i prefer magician somehow, i'm more familiar with them

Magicians don't have to work hard.
I agree that their life can be easier when compared to Alchemy where we need to trade.
