Luffy's fourth gear

How many of you think that fourth gear is making luffy look hideous? He doesn't have any legs and that pressure stream constantly emitting from his shorts and the big body and the face, everything is not normal and that's what you "don't" expect from a main character.
What are your thoughts about luffy's fourth gear?
 
but he get bouncey and he can fly without anyone's help.
i don't get why the fuk he didn't do this earlier and how his fifth gear would be
