Luffy character prediction, in a situation.

In this thread, I am going to give you some situations and you will have to predict luffy's moments in that particular situation.
As luffy can be pretty unpredictable, lets do our best in predicting his next move

Situation:

Luffy is surounded by water( sea water). 
The only land he can see is the piece of land under his feet which is about an acre or so.
There is no food, no water and nothing.
He got a phone though, which can make only one phone call( he didn't pay his bill ). 
So, who do you think will luffy call, according to you?

As for me, that would be sanji
