Leaving home...

I will be leaving my home in the next 72 hours and it's killing me. I just don't want to leave at all even though I have no choice this time around. If I can turn back time, i will choose something else to stay at home for sure.
My head is killing me and I am tired of crying and yet I can't Stop. Could you guys please give me some advice that can help me in stabilizing emotions...if only a little

I just don't like getting out of my comfort zone and if I have to leave mom, then for me it's like cutting out my heart and it's just too painful
